Processing TimeEach customised clothing item is made to order, ensuring that it meets your exact specifications. Typically, the processing time for customised orders ranges from 3 to 7 working days. This includes the time it takes to personalise your item and prepare it for shipping. Please note that during peak seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping OptionsWe offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. Standard Shipping is delivered within 5 to 7 working days after processing. Express Shipping is delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Next Day Delivery is also available — please check availability at the time of need and order before 12 PM to receive your items the next day.

Shipping CostsShipping costs vary depending on the delivery option you choose and your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

International DeliveryWe ship our customised clothing worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 7 to 21 working days after processing. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order TrackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Missed DeliveriesIf you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will usually leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure you receive your order promptly.

Returns Policy for Customised Clothing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personalised nature of customised clothing, we have a few important points to consider regarding returns:

Non-Returnable ItemsCustomised clothing items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customised products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that all personalisation details, including sizes, colours, and text, are correct before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged ItemsIn the rare event that your customised clothing arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide photographs of the issue and will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Order CancellationsIf you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the customisation process has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

Size IssuesWe strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering customised clothing to ensure the perfect fit. If you receive an item that does not fit due to an error on your part, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or exchange. However, if the sizing error is on our end, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the issue.

Return ProcessIf you are eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.

RefundsRefunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
